Case Studies

Chorley Sports Pavilion is a new-build project for which we were asked to design and install the following:

• All above ground drainage
• Domestic water services
• Sanitary ware & shower facilities
• Mechanical ventilation to the building
• Low temperature heating distributed to radiators & heat coils

First fix
As construction works progressed we first-fixed the shell with all pipework and ducting that would service the building.

Plant room
A complete fit-out of the plant room from the incoming water and gas supplies included gas safety interlocking, with energy efficient boiler and pumps.

Heating
Radiators sized to and located to provide efficient space heating throughout the building.

Toilets
Toilet facilities were installed and finished to our high standards.

Changing rooms and Showering
Changing room heating was achieved via below bench pipework which maximised useful wall space.
Showering facilities also included accessible options.
