JLP – Trafford Centre
Asked to attend site and effect repairs to an existing air handling unit along with an extract fan, we were happy to help.
Air Handling Unit – Roof
Gaps in the panels and failing seals were were allowing water to penetrate into the AHU. The surface was cleaned and prepared, then a polymer coating applied to ensure water-tight integrity of the roof.

Air Handling Unit – Internal
The inside of the AHU was dried out and new filters fitted along with drive belts for the fan unit.

Extract fan
Situated on the roof-top and exposed to the elements, the original coating on the shell had failed and corrosion was getting a grip.
The fan unit was cleared of rust and a weather resistant coating applied. As a precautionary measure to protect the drive motor, a housing was made to shield it from the elements.
